SRDJAN DESPOT - BLAF

Being a professional outdor writer, guide
and member of many sport-fishing expeditions around
the world, I had an opportunity to test ORCA LURES in various conditions and on different waters.

Fantastic catches of walley, cat-fish, huchen, perch
and pike that I have achieved in Kazakhstan, Siberija
and elsewhere deffinitely, assured me that ORKA LURES
are excellent big fish catching artificials.

I have been using all famoust artificial baits
from around the world for decades. Since ORCA LURES
appeared I am using them exclusively, and I am catching more fish than ever.

As a lure-fisherman who has caught quite a few zander over 10 and even some over 20 lbs on jigging lures in the past two decades, I am pleased to say that ORCA became my first choise for near the bottom fishing since it's apperance on the market.

I am pleased to evaluate the Orka line of soft plastics you sent me.  They would all work and sell well.  The 7001-7003 models are certainly the most novel and I think would be of greatest interest to the huge bass market.  They should be left as they are, because their strength is realism and softness goes into the fisherman's perception of realism.
Those models in the 2000's will see both fresh and saltwater utility.  Their action is only in the tail which is very supple. Many fisherman buy these based on how tough the head feels in a fingertip squeeze, because they know that the utility of the lure is very short once it slides or is pulled down the hook shank a few times. After that, the centrifugal force of casting the lure is enough to make it useless and it must be discarded.  As such, I would like to see what kind of action and feel we would get by stiffening the plastic 10% to 20%.  This might be something we could put on the label as "Hard head for hook retention".

SHAWN CHAMPAGNE

I received the ORCA LURES that you sent me. I caught several nice redfish and large jackfish on them in the gulf of Mexico.  I had used the large flat tail swim lure on the jackfish and used the curly tail on the red's.  Both of them produced well. Later that day I went to a fresh water area and caught three bass on the small curly tail models (yellow and orenge ).
I look forward to fishing with them again.
